Description
FeatureProprietary Hot Air Technologies
Exclusive cylindrical hot air heating element heats up quickly. Hot Air temperature is adjustable from 212~896°F, simulated air volume adjustable from 20~80, with PID temperature stabilization powered by dual-core microprocessor. Comes with AUTO / MANUAL hot air modes to extend heating element lifespan, or to conduct continuous rework.
75W Soldering Performance
The Temperature adjustable from 392~896°F, with PID temperature stabilization powered by dual-core microprocessor. Comes with 0~99mins adjustable sleep mode to help extend the soldering tip and heating element’s lifespan when not in use.
Safety with Great Value
Both the hot air gun and soldering station is detachable from their safety receptacles, and they can be replaced at an affordable cost when needed. This station features 3 digital displays to show your current set parameters including temperature readouts for the soldering station, hot air rework station, and simulated air volume.
For the cost of one station, you now get an integration of two professional-grade tools to help you expand your capabilities and the size of your projects.
Having both the hot air station and the soldering station at your disposal can dramatically increase the flexibility and versatility of your work.
The station also comes with a series of assistive functions to help you improve work quality, efficiency, and equipment lifespan.
These functions include temperature stabilization, hot air protection mode, hot air automatic/manual modes, soldering iron sleep mode, °C/°F conversion function, temperature calibration, and more.
Regardless if you're a professional, an intermediate, a beginner, or an electronic fanatic, this station can help you complete your work with ease.
Numerical Fan Speed Values
The numerically displayed fan speed value (simulated value) can help you keep track of the optimum fan speed setting for components in different sizes.
You can use the corresponding fan speed to ensure your work is always precise, and efficiently done.
Automatic Hot Air Mode
When flipped to automatic, the gun cools to 212°F when placed in the holder.
Unneccessary wear and tear could happen when you’re switching between tools for a project.
This function helps avoid those unnecessary wear on the consumable parts, and extend the lifespan of the heating element by cooling the gun when it is not in use.
At the same time, the function improves safety factor, and help you reduce unnecessary energy usage.
Manual Hot Air Mode
When flipped to manual, the gun stays at the set temperature for frequent usage.
This provides an alternative option for when you need to use the hot air gun frequently for a project t.
We equipped this function with a quick-access toggle switch, so you can switch the hot air station back to the automatic mode at a flick of a switch after on-and-off usages.
Soldering Station Sleep Mode
In the holder, the iron cools 392°F to idle when it detects no movements.
You can set the sleep mode timer from 0 to 99 minutes based on your own preference. Idling at 392°F prevents the oxidization of the soldering iron tip,
and it is able to heat up to your set temperature quickly when you pick up the soldering iron.
