The inside tube of original one is made of stainless steel material to cause the cloging time and time, so we upgrade it with titanium TC4 material to improvide the inside wall smoothness so that it won't happen cloging
This bimetal Heatbtreak is made from two components, Copper and Titanium TC4.
Titanium Alloy TC4
to provide excellent thermal isolation between heater and cooling block. Titanium is extremely strong material and offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating more defined meltzone.
This Heatbreak is CNC machined very well, very low roughness
